Italian Salad Dressing are easy to make and so much more economical than buying bottled dressings at the supermarket.
I like to use fresh herbs if I have them on hand but dry herbs work just as well. Choose one or two from dill, basil, oregano, cilantro, thyme, parsley, chives, tarragon. There are so many to choose from and don't be afraid to experiment using a different one each time. Think of your main course and if a particular herb on your salad would enhance your entire meal.
