This easy to prepare and take along hot chicken dip is a must in any collection of appetizer cooking recipes.
INGREDIENTS:
3 Cooked Chicken Breasts, shredded
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 - 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 - 4oz can mushrooms, sliced or pieces
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350°
Mix all ingredients except the cheddar cheese. Put in baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake 10 more minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve immediately with crackers.
