Keep this recipe for Curry Mayonnaise handy for leftovers at Thanksgiving time and make delicious Curry Turkey Salad or just use as a spread when making sandwiches.
Next time you have an impromptu get together, make up a plate of cold cuts and cheeses with a bowl of this spread for build your own subs. I have even taken build your own subs to work for food day and I was surprised I ran out of the spread before the sandwich fixings. So be prepared and make a double batch.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup mayonnaise
Juice from 1 lime
1/4 cup mango chutney, chopped
2 Tbl sour cream
1 1/2 Tbl curry powder
Combine ingredients in small bowl. Keep on hand in air tight container in refrigerator.
