Hot Artichoke Spinach Dip recipe is from my sister-in-law Lori. She made this wonderful dip for a family get together. The dip travels well in a crock pot keeping it warm.
Serve with a variety of crackers, sliced baguette and round rye crisps.
Kid tested and approved by my grandson Jason!
Ingredients:
1 - 10oz Pkg frozen chopped spinach,
thawed, drained & pressed dry
1 - 14oz Can artichoke hearts,
drained and chopped
2 - 8oz Packages cream cheese, softened
2 - 16oz Containers sour cream
1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 cup Shredded Swiss cheese
3 cloves Garlic, pressed
Salt (to taste)
Directions:
In a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the spinach and artichoke hearts.
Add cream cheese and sour cream into the spinach mixture. Stir in cheeses, garlic and salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened, 10 to 15 minutes. Serve warm.
